One bedroom homes in duplex buildings, planned for low to moderate income households.
Detached two and three bedroom homes, each with its own entry, set beside a neighborhood park.
Two-story buildings with homes on both levels, a shared central stair and more homes on less land.
Laundry opens first, followed by a cafe, counseling, adult training classrooms and a children's room, all available to residents steps from home.
Each site gets the model that fits its land. The single family and duplex plan places homes around a neighborhood park. The stacked plan puts more homes on less land.
Eighteen duplexes frame the block, eight across the top and five down each side. Resident parking sits next to the homes, below the top row of duplexes, along both sides and below the single family homes. A smaller lot beside the community center serves the center and visitors. Seven single family homes sit beside the park, four two-bedroom above it and three three-bedroom below. The community center is one building, and its laundry is the first section completed. Storage and a loading dock sit beside it. The solar array sits at the front and the entrance road runs along the right.
Concept drawing, not to scale. Home counts and placement are working figures that change with the engineer's plan and city approvals.
Two stories, four homes per building, and a shared central stair. Glass-railed walkways and warm wood soffits give the buildings a modern look, and every building connects to the same resident community center.
Concept drawing, not to scale. Building size, unit count and unit mix are not final.
The center is built for residents. A central corridor connects every room.
Room program is a working concept. Laundry is built and opened first. The remaining rooms follow in phase two.
